I now design and curate uniquely personal support experiences for those of you who need daily or spontaneous contact for 2-4 weeks (or more), as you walk through a significant situation that calls for your astute self awareness and attention in order to master old beliefs and make a major shift towards your success and healing. Any situation is welcome as a good fine reason to step into greater esteem and deeper embodiment.

Each Sacred Support Container is catered to meet your needs of the moment. We work together to create a perfectly fit package made just for You! Shamanic Breathwork

Open yourself unto the waters of your subconscious to experience healing and transformation of a new kind. In this in-person Shamanic Breathwork session, I will guide you into a rhythm of circular breathing as the sounds of chakra-attuned music (such as tribal drumming, didgeridoo, flutes, strings, and orchestral voices) carry you on a journey that will evoke body sensations, memories, emotions, and imaginal experiences. Through your own breath, sounds, tones, and movement, you will give your body permission to shake up and release the sediment of old stories that no longer serve you. This process is experienced at your own pace as you orient outside of your comfort zone and drop into newness. I will be by your side as your co-journeyer for the duration.

The 150 minute session includes an opening invocation, claiming your personal intention, a 60 minute breathwork journey, mandala art process, integration support, and closing meditation. Please allow time for a personal Quiet Hour afterwards for ongoing integration. Special instructions for preparation will be emailed to you upon booking. Liberation awaits you.

Embodiment Practice

Do you have highly charged or very old resentments that you cannot seem to shake? Do you have fears and resistances that control the way you show up in the world? What about outdated patterns? Are you governed by relational, religious, or cultural beliefs that keep you from living the life you deeply desire?

The Earth Session is designed to unlock the chains that bind you and reconnect you with your sacred power, your passionate heart, your authentic voice, and your inner wisdom. Combining two modalities, Aspecting and Emotional Release (demonstrated during Interest Call), this practice will drive out and transform resentments, resistances, and stagnations that block you from being the highest level version of yourself.

We open this 150 minute session with an invocation to create a safe, intentional, and full-permission container. Once I demonstrate the modalities, you will be guided into the practice with a playlist that is attuned to the lower chakras for a raw experience of emotional release– something our “civilized” world frowns upon. This is your opportunity to fully, unabashedly embody your blocks and viscerally access your trapped dense emotions that no longer serve you, and move them OUT. Following the release experience, aftercare includes a renewal ceremony, integration support, and closing meditation to claim and seal the significant changes you called in during this session.
