FIRE Session
Ignite the fire of your healing and liberation. The Fire Session is set to the familiar frame and pace of a traditional “talk therapy” session, yet with the added invitation to sink deeper into your wounding and follow the pain points in your body. In these moments, you may be asked to breathe, move, and speak into the reactive sensations that are arising so to create a more malleable and renewed connection to your story. Freedom awaits you.
AIR Session
Your progress is a breath of fresh air. Arrive at the Air Session prepared to explore your changes and your challenges. Step into your deepened sense of self awareness, self care, and self responsibility. What needs your attention and my support? In the simplicity of this session, I will lead you into greater clarity, integrity, and esteem. Sovereignty awaits you.
Sacred Support Container Interest Session
I design and curate uniquely personal support experiences for those of you who need daily or spontaneous contact for 2-4 weeks (or more), as you walk through a significant situation that calls for your astute self-awareness and attention to master old beliefs and make a major shift towards your success and healing. Any situation is welcome as a good fine reason to step into greater esteem and deeper embodiment.
